<BR><BR>Egg Harbour City, New York, today: Special Agents Mulder and Scully receive a tip-off from a waitress to visit the ‘Town Square’, a public arts installation by the de facto curator, Aura Starlight. Here they meet the artist and Mr Spoon, as well as Mr Zero himself. But when the agents attempt to speak to the elusive Zero, the man transforms into a vampire-like creature and conjures up a lightning strike right where he stands…
