Mulder and Scully are sent to Millersburg, Pennsylvania to assist A.D. Morales in a raid to arrest Milton Keansey, the suspect of a series of missing persons cases. After finding a hidden kill room full of dismemberment tools, the FBI place Keansey under arrest, but are kept at bay by his lawyer.
