'Conspiracy' (Part 3: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) by Ed Brisson

While searching the sewers of New York for their next quarry, alien humanoid turtles, the Lone Gunmen learn of a web-report of a ‘manphibian’ sighted in Northampton. They immediately set off to track down what they believe to be a space vampire intent on spreading its alien virus throughout mankind… Meanwhile, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles known in question discover that the quiet country town in which they have chosen to recuperate after recent events may not be so peaceful after all: a killer stalks the street, one that steals shoes and has a link to the local pizzeria…
