'Conspiracy' (Part 6) by Paul Crilley

Arriving at the Center for Disease Control, the Lone Gunmen give Scully the samples of half-human, half-reptile blood required to make a vaccine to combat the lethal virus. Meanwhile, Mulder breaks into an abandoned warehouse in Washington and confronts the men responsible for the outbreak. A gunfight soon breaks out – Mulder is shot, and the lead scientist makes off with a canister of the virus, racing upstairs to release the contagion from the roof… Back at the CDC, Byers decodes the final file from the future – and learns that a bomb is due to explode in the building, killing hundreds and blasting the deadly virus out into the world…
