(Part 2)

Thunderbirds Are Go Cast

Things have been frustrating for the International Rescue team over the last two days, as all rescue missions are intercepted and resolved by the GDF’s new Ro-Bots. At the GDF prison, Captain Rigby grows tired of Havoc’s silence, and decides to question her himself; unfortunately, this provides Havoc with the opportunity to escape – she immediately hacks the GDF’s systems, grounds all their aircraft, and then steals the remote control for the RO-Bots. Meanwhile, John intercepts an automatic distress from the new space elevator, which has malfunctioned and twisted out of alignment, stranding its passengers in the upper atmosphere; once again the GDF robots race to the scene, only to freeze in place, their systems caught in a feedback loop while they try to choose between rescue operations. Grateful for some action, the Tracy boys mobilise: Scott uses Thunderbird 1’s new Sky Pod to reach the lift control platform, Virgil and Gordon in Thunderbird 2 work on re-aligning the lift’s hover rotors, and Alan uses Thunderbird 3’s grapple arms to pull apart the lift cables. Back at the GDF base, Rigby and Kayo manage to corner Havoc, but then the criminal is rescued by her brother Fuse, using their combined Chaos Cruiser. Kayo gives pursuit in Thunderbird Shadow, skilfully avoiding the Chaos Crew’s heat-seeking missiles; but then Fuse activates the stolen remote control, making every RO-Bot malfunction and attack anyone nearby – including Gordon, as he clings onto the side of the high-altitude elevator platform…
