The story of how the Muppets originally met. Kermit the Frog is happily living in his swamp when he meets Bernie, a Hollywood agent; persuaded to pursue a career in the movies, Kermit heads off on a road trip for the bright lights and glamorous stardom of Hollywood. Along the way he picks up Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, and a host of other Muppets, all with similar aspirations. However, Kermit soon encounters the sinister Doc Hopper, who plans to make him the spokesman for his ‘Frog Leg’ restaurant chain…
