The Mighty Boosh Cast

Fleeing from an angry mob after their worst gig ever, Howard and Vince take a week’s holiday in the remote fishing village of Black Lake. Stopping for an evening drink at ‘The King’s Prawn’s Head’ pub - which is full of weird fishermen - Howard and Vince meet local shell-artist Ramsey, who rents them his boat so that they can go fishing on Black Lake, the perfect place for inspiration. Much to Howard’s annoyance, Vince quickly catches a mountain of fish, so he sends him back to the mainland while he remains at sea. Returning to the pub, Vince regales the fishermen with his tale of fishing prowess – but the men wee themselves when they hear he was fishing on Black Lake under the full moon, the time when the legendary merman Old Gregg comes out to claim his victims. Meanwhile, Howard finally makes a catch: Old Gregg, who shows him his glowing mangina, and then abducts him. Finding Howard’s hat on the shore along with a calling card from Old Gregg, Vince realises his friend has been kidnapped; he calls on Naboo and Bollo for help, who set off for Black Lake with their submarine. Howard awakes to find himself in Old Gregg’s undersea cave, where the creepy merman offers to give him the Funk in exchange for Howard’s hand in marriage. Under threat of being stuffed and mounted on the wall as a trophy, Howard reluctantly agrees to become Old Gregg’s lover…
