While en route to her sister's wedding in Boston, Bonnie's plane is hijacked by a terrorist group known as the New Dawn Movement. Their leader, ex-intelligence agent Charles Zurich, demands $3 million and the release of one hundred and ninety-seven political prisoners. When Devon and Michael learn that these prisoners are in fact nothing but thieves and murders, they realise that Zurich is planning to create his own terrorist army. When Michael and K.I.T.T. set out to locate Zurich’s base, the trail takes them to ‘Deep Sleep’, a top-secret government installation heavily defended by tanks, mine fields, robotic machine-guns – and a nuclear doomsday device...
