Isaac’s attempt to shoot Peter has instead resulted in Simone’s death… Suspecting Mr Bennet’s memory has been wiped by the Haitian, Thompson brings in Matt and a new Special, Candice, to help track down Claire… Peter learns that ever since Heidi’s accident, Nathan has been working undercover with the FBI to bring down Mr Linderman… Sandra Bennet gives her husband a warning note from himself… Learning of Zane Taylor’s murder, Mohinder drugs Sylar with curare and extracts a sample of his captive’s spinal fluid to help his research into the Specials; Mohinder then tries to kill Sylar in revenge for the murder of his father - but Sylar uses his boosted powers to turn the tables… Candice gives Mr Bennet a new assignment… Having left Ando behind, Hiro arrives in Las Vegas and meets Nathan, who offers to help retrieve the sword; but once Hiro gains access to Linderman’s collection, he triggers an alarm that sends dozens of guards in pursuit… Isaac is saved from police questioning by the arrival of Candice, now mimicking the appearance of the artist’s dead girlfriend; Mr Bennet instructs Isaac to continue painting… Niki arranges for D.L. to learn of Jessica’s night with Nathan… Isaac paints a disturbing picture… Now on the run, Claire gives the Haitian the slip at the airport and goes in search of Peter… After Jessica kills Nathan’s FBI associates, Niki takes over and warns Nathan that his cover has been blown… Rescued by Ando, Hiro teleports himself and his friend to safety; however, they arrive in the devastated New York of the future – it seems they have failed in their mission to save the world… Arriving at the Petrelli household, Claire meets the Haitian – and her grandmother… Nathan confronts Mr Linderman at gunpoint… Peter visits Mohinder, only to be captured by Sylar…
