Mr Bennet arranges for Claire to meet her biological parents, and then receives a report on Mohinder from Eden… Setting off to meet Peter and Isaac in New York, Hiro and Ando encounter the high-rolling gambler they cheated at the casino, who forces them to help him win his money back in another poker game; as the stakes rise Ando notices that his opponent has a gun pointed in his direction; as he and Hiro retire to the bathroom they hear a massacre break out in the room next door… Nikki’s estranged husband, D. L., appears in her house, and tries to convince her of his innocence; he explains that he changed his mind and pulled out of the bank raid, only to be set up by his replacement, a mysterious woman. Nikki agrees to meet D.L.’s associates and learn the truth from them, but when the two of them arrive at their establishment – where Hiro and Ando had been playing poker – they that find D.L.’s friends have been brutally murdered. After suffering more memory blanks, Nikki meets her alter ego, who reveals that she framed D.L. and committed the murders. Following her alter ego’s instructions, Nikki finds the stolen bank money hidden in the loft, but is then confronted by an outraged D.L.. Nikki’s alter ego immediately takes over and a fight breaks out…
