'A Clear and Present Danger' Story Code: '314' by Tim Kring |
As Nathan turns his back on his own kind, his initiative to protect the American public from the menace of those with dangerous superpowers begins – as Tracy is the first to be captured by a squad of black-clad soldiers… A powerless Hiro decides to live out his destiny through Ando, equipping the unwitting hero with a new lair, a tacky costume and the ‘Ando-Cycle’… Now working as a paramedic, Peter is frustrated at his inability to save the life of a crash-victim… Angela decides to send Claire to college, whether she likes it or not… Claire overhears a shocking conversation between Angela and Nathan… Gabriel goes to Baltimore to confront his father, Martin Grey, only to learn that he was adopted… Matt and Daphne’s plan to live a normal life is disrupted when Matt starts seeing visions of Usutu, and learns that he has been chosen as a prophet… The net begins to tighten, as the Hunter and his squad of agents capture more Heroes: Mohinder is betrayed by Noah; Peter is betrayed by Nathan; and then Hiro, Matt and Claire are taken. Under Nathan’s triumphant gaze his prisoners are bound, drugged, and then loaded onto a waiting cargo plane bound for a top-secret prison…
