It’s Xmas, so the Planet Express gang board up their HQ to keep out the murderous Santa-Bot. After Bender receives a mysterious note about a future deed, Professor Farnsworth unveils his latest plan: to use his time machine to travel back to Robot Santa’s creation in 2801, and reverse the damage to his ‘Naughty/Nice’ sensor to make him good again. The plan works, and when the professor returns home (the long way, looping around from the Big Bang to the Big Crunch after getting his device stuck in reverse) he generously gives his team the week off to spend with their families. Resentful because they have no family, Zoidberg and Bender get drunk on dubious nog and decide to use the professor’s time-machine to kidnap Robot Santa, thereby ruining Christmas for everyone. Predictably the plan goes wrong, and the dumb duo end up inadvertently murdering Santa…
