⬜ I'm not a robot
Realising that her children are spoiled, Amy enrolls them in volunteer work at the Cookieville orphanarium, where Leela grew up; the Planet Express gang also help out with the underprivileged kids, who live in abject squalor. While Kif is recalled by the Democratic Order of Planets to defend the Earth against an alien invasion, Amy becomes obsessed with the latest collecting fad, the ultra-cute Fuzzy Funbag toys. Amy's collection grows, but she is unable to track down the last item in the set, a Cashew Cuddlefish - until she discovers that one of the orphans has one, and makes a trade with the unsuspecting child. Kif and Captain Zap Brannigan investigate the Mervina 6 outpost, whose crew has been mysteriously murdered; checking the CCTV recording, Zap and Kif learn that the last visitors to the base were the Planet Express crew, delivering boxes of Fuzzy Funbags. Learning of the massacre, Professor Farnsworth examines a Funbag that Kif took from the outpost, and discovers that the beans inside the stuffed toy are in fact spores, each containing a tiny baby Funbag. The Professor deduces that the invasion of the mindless Funbags is being coordinated by an Alpha Funbag - the Cashew Cuddlefishthat Amy now owns...
