ANYTHING HAPPEN WHILE WE WERE OUT?

Twenty years ago, Kif gave birth to tadpoles, and now it is time for him and Amy to meet their children. They and the Planet Express crew visit Amphibia 9’s swamp, where the Grand Midwife proclaims the Winnowing - which only three gross-looking kids survive. Whilst Amy is pleased at her new parenthood, Leela is surprised to learn that she is technically the kids’ mother, having contributed some of her DNA to Kif. Amy and Kif find parenting exhausting, but Kif gets a break when he is recalled to active service by Captain Zap Brannigan, to investigate a remote outpost that has gone silent. Leela steps in to give Amy a break from her nightmare children, but she does so well the kids prefer her to Amy. Things get even worse when the Grand Midwife decrees a challenge for the kids’ mother – a challenge Amy may lose…
