To compete with Momazon's 'one second delivery' service, Professor Farnsworth creates a 'previous day delivery' service for Planet Express using his time machine ship (which he has simplified to prevent any deaths this time). After making a successful past delivery for Horrible Gelatinous Blob Industries, Fry, Bender and the Professor find themselves on a collision course with their earlier selves; in desperation Fry breaks the ship's controls, sending them sideways in time. When the time machine  returns to Planet Express, Bender and the Professor are fine, but Fry is left in a ghostly body. While his colleagues work out how to save him, Fry dreams he is in the enchanted medieval kingdom of Dreamland - which looks a lot like a certain other comedy series...
