'Pantheon of Dischord'

by Russell T Davies
The Doctor

The Vlinx broadcasts a message from the Doctor to the Prom audience at London's Albert Hall. But the Doctor is interrupted by Maestro, the evil God of Music, who hijacks the Prom's orchestra and makes them play the world's worst song, 'I've Got a Dog'. As Maestro feeds on the resulting dissonance in the audience's minds, the Doctor encourages everyone to start clapping and stamping their feet. This stops the terrible music, and causes Maestro to explode. The threat over, the Doctor continues his heartfelt message to the audience.
