'Welcome to the Team' (Part 3) by Andrew Chambliss

Severin easily overpowers Buffy, Illyria and Eldre Koh; but as he attempts to drain Illyria’s power, she teleports herself and her comrades to safety. At the hospital, Xander watches helplessly as Dawn’s body shuts down; with the medical staff unable to stay her condition, he turns to Andrew, and together they sneak Dawn away in an ambulance. Meanwhile, Billy’s search for Buffy is interrupted by the arrival of her flatmate, Anahee, who reveals that she too is a Slayer. Buffy explains to the Council that Severin is targeting Illyria so that he can use her power to travel back in time and save his girlfriend from dying; realising that unless he is stopped, he will damage reality, Illyria suggests a risky plan...
