Part 3: 'A House Divided' by Christos Gage

With all supernatural entities now being relocated to what the US government terms a ‘Safe Zone’, in reality an internment camp, Buffy and her friends find themselves being split up. Dawn can pass for human, and Giles is able to obtain forged documents from a shady dealer, but Spike loses his S.F.P.D. credentials and gets sent for re-allocation. Willow resolves to go to the Safe Zone to protect her wiccans, who have already been captured by government-sanctioned Slayers. When a team of Slayers arrive at the Scoobies’ apartment to take Spike early, Buffy loses her cool and strikes back, leading to a street-level battle between both sides. Not wanting any further bloodshed, Spike surrenders; Willow joins him on the long trip to the internment camp – and so does Buffy…
