'In Pieces on the Ground' (Part 2) by Christos Gage

Willow takes a job for Daniels Technology, only to learn that their government contract is with the U.S Military; after a week of indecision she decides to take the job, knowing that even though it means falling out with Buffy, she will be able to save many lives in the fight against the demon invasion. Spike meets with former flame Dylan Turner, and receives an invite to her new art exhibition; this isn’t taken well by Buffy, but when she agrees to visit the gallery with Spike, the couple realise they can learn a lot from Dylan’s outlook on moving on with life…
