'Revelations' Story Code: '410' by Bradley Thompson and David Weddle |
The Resurrection Hub has been destroyed, rendering all Cylons mortal; Adama has been reunited with Laura; and the Cylon rebel baseship has rejoined the Colonial fleet. Settling into his new role as President, Apollo receives an ultimatum from D'anna: unless he allows the four Cylon replicas on the fleet to join their comrades on the baseship, she will keep Roslin and the other Colonials aboard as her hostages. While Colonel Tigh, Tyrol and Anders worry that their secret will be revealed, Tory chooses to return to the baseship under the premise of taking the President her medication. Having resumed command of the fleet, Admiral Adama meets with Apollo, Tigh and Starbuck, proposing that they cannot allow the four Cylons to leave as it will jeopardise their chance at finding Earth. Baltar thanks Roslin for saving his life, only to be interrupted by the arrival of Tory, and the revelation that she is one of the Four. When D’anna throws one of her hostages out of an airlock, Adama gives the order to mount a rescue mission, instructing his team to destroy the baseship if necessary. As the Colonial pilots prepare for battle, each of the Four hears a strange, alien signal inside their minds, which Tigh, Tyrol and Anders trace to Starbuck’s ‘new’ Viper; believing that somehow the ship holds the key to finding Earth, Anders turns to Starbuck for help. Tigh finally tells Adama that he is a Cylon; Adama takes the news badly, and in his rage he turns to drink. Apollo agrees to Tigh’s proposal to use him as a bargaining chip; after giving the order to place the Colonel in a launch tube, the president threatens to space him unless D'anna releases her hostages. When D'anna refuses to succumb to Apollo’s demands, Tigh is forced to reveal the identities of his fellows, so that they too can be used in the negotiation – however, D'anna’s response is to prepare her baseship’s nuclear weapons and train them on the Colonial fleet…
