Tyrol attends Cally’s funeral, unaware that Tory was responsible for the death of his wife. Visiting Number Six in the brig, Colonel Tigh is badly shaken when he sees visions of his late wife instead of the captive Cylon. While enjoying a sexual liaison with Tory, Baltar is shocked when his cultists are brutally attacked by a group of fundamentalists known as ‘The Sons of Ares’; when Baltar retaliates by disrupting a religious ceremony and desecrating a temple, he is arrested and thrown into the brig. Racetrack’s Raptor malfunctions during a training flight, forcing her to make a crash landing on the Galactica’s flight deck; in the aftermath, it is discovered that Tyrol’s negligence whilst carrying out repairs led to the fault. Spiralling out of control, Tyrol gets drunk in a bar and clashes with Adama; disgusted by Tyrol’s attitude to his late wife, the admiral strips the Chief from his duties on the flight deck. Roslin finds herself overruled by the Quorum of Twelve, as they grant Baltar and his followers the right to assembly. Obsessed with seeing Helen, Tigh lets himself get dangerously close to Number Six…
