A revolutionary new vault is installed at the Bank of England, which automatically pumps all the air out in order to keep everything inside sterile. But a workaholic clerk named Lambert inadvertently becomes trapped inside, and the vault is not due to be opened again for two years! When the situation is discovered <I>International Rescue</I> are called in, and the Tracy brothers begin to burn their way in as the air steadily pumps out. Meanwhile, Lady Penelope has managed to locate Lord Silton, who possesses the only key to the vault. But Penelope’s attempts to return Silton to the bank are continually met with problems - and it looks like Parker is the one trying to delay them...
