As part of a complex plan to destroy some extensive files on their criminal organisation, the Erdman Gang lock a bracelet containing a bomb onto the wrist of Hudson Building employee Tom Prescott; they have left the key to the bracelet in Prescott’s office, leaving him no choice but to return there in order to remove the device, which will then explode and blow up the building. But Prescott gets trapped in the lift when the bomb detonates and the Hudson Building soon becomes an inferno. After <I>International Rescue</I> manages to save Prescott from the blazing building, a British agent named Southern is sent to infiltrate the Erdman Gang. But the plan goes wrong, and he is left with a bomb locked on his wrist and trapped by a robot guard in a well-shielded plutonium storage room. Unless <I>International Rescue</I> can break through the security zone, the world's biggest explosion will happen at 12:30 - and time is running out…
