A one-eyed thief asks to join Robin’s band of outlaws, and is accepted into the group. But he is pursued by seven fighting monks known as the Knights Templar - amongst the most feared warriors in Europe - who have returned from a crusade in the Holy Land. They are led by the fanatical Renald de Villaret, who believes that Robin has stolen the crest to their banner, a sacred emblem without which they are disgraced. The Knights take Much hostage, and threaten to kill him unless the banner is returned…
