Robin of Sherwood Cast

When King John takes up with Isabella, a twelve-year-old French princess, his marriage to Queen Hadwisa is annulled. Hadwisa vows revenge against her former husband and the new queen, by planning to have Isabella murdered while she is on a pilgrimage, and framing Robin Hood for the act. Hadwisa's family believe they have enough support among the barons to then depose King John and replace him with a young man claiming to be John's nephew, Arthur of Brittany. While the Sheriff suffers from a dog bite, Arthur infiltrates Robin’s outlaw band, and Gisburne, eager to advance his position and finish off Robin and his outlaws, also becomes involved in the plot…
