Douglas Milton is writing a book that will reveal important information concerning security matters and terrorist threats, which he plans to announce at a major world conference. Believing himself to be the target of an assassination attempt, he hires Jeff and Jeannie to protect him from harm; although the detectives are sceptical of his claims, they take the case, unaware that several interested parties really are planning to murder him. Jeff and Jeannie soon find themselves caught up in a web of mayhem and murder, and it is up to Marty to save them by causing a stink…
