The latest craze sweeping the nation is ‘Rakeboarding’, an illegal and violent combat sport played using high-powered skateboards. The sport’s promotion team want to legalise Raking so that they can sell the transmission rights to Network 23 - which suits the channel executives perfectly, as they are currently looking for a replacement to everyone's favourite children's show, ‘Missile Mike’. When Theora learns that her long-lost brother Shawn has become involved in Rakeboarding, she immediately sets off to find a way to help him…
