'Goodies in the Nick' by Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bill Oddie and Graeme Garden |
Tim, Graeme and Bill receive a visit from a pathetic police sergeant and his men, who need the Goodies’ help because they are scared of criminals. Promised a supply of dodgy substances and dirty books, Tim, Graeme and Bill agree to pose as baddies and commit a fiendish bank raid, so that the cowardly coppers can arrest them and keep their jobs. However, the trio’s robbery is so successful that they go loony and embark on a crime spree, setting themselves up as a crime syndicate with Graeme as ‘The Goodiefather’. After a frantic police chase, Tim, Graeme and Bill are finally captured and sent to H.M. Prison Strangemoor Scrubs for a twenty-two year sentence. Determined to clear their names, the Goodies decide to break out of jail…
