'Camelot' by Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bill Oddie and Graeme Garden

Tim receives a letter from his uncle, King Arthur (real name Arthur King), asking him to house-sit while he and his family go on holiday to Bognor Regis. With Bill and Graeme in tow, Tim sets off to No. 33, Acacia Road in Birmingham – where it turns out that ‘Camelot’ is indeed a real castle. Instantly seeing a way to make money, Graeme sets about turning the place into a historical tourist attraction, giving ‘Tours of the Dark Ages’ to gullible punters. However, Camelot is under threat from an unscrupulous local town planner, who wants to trick the Goodies into signing away the property so that he can demolish it and build a brand new highway. When Tim, Graeme and Bill refuse to comply, they find themselves challenged to a duel by the planner and his armed knights…
