The Ghosts of Motley Hall Cast

While the ghosts mope around in boredom, Gudgin arrives at Motley to survey the Hall for damage. When he inadvertently gets his head stuck in the banisters, Sir George and the others rush to lend a hand, but the White Lady’s attempts to reassure the trapped estate agent that help is on the way only succeed in making him faint from shock. Fanny astounds everyone by actually having an idea: by ringing the bell, they could attract aid from the nearby village; however, when Fanny pulls the bell rope, it comes away in his hands. Sir George realises that Gudgin’s only hope is Matt, the only one of them who can leave the confines of the grounds. Matt sets off for the main gate, only to encounter an invisible barrier that prevents him from going any further. Just then Matt sees a car and caravan drive up – Gudgin’s cousin John and his family have come for a camping holiday in the grounds. Somehow Matt must get the visitors to enter Motley Hall – the only trouble is none of them can see him…
