Instead of Nibbler's pet licence, Fry, Leela and the gang receive a mandatory fishing licence. They all head out to sea and enjoy themselves, until Bender catches a fish so huge that it pulls the ‘Planet Express’ ship underwater. With the vessel now stuck on the ocean bed, Professor Farnsworth attempts to modify its engines to get his crew back to the surface. When Fry, Bender and Doctor Zoidberg go in search of food, Fry meets a mermaid named Umbriel, who lives in the long lost city of Atlanta. Fry soon falls in love with this aquatic beauty and decides to stay with her and the rest of the mer-people…
