San Dios: while she was in America, world famous medical researcher Professor Anna Maria Martes was on the edge of a breakthrough; however, before she could complete her work she was lured back to her homeland of San Dios. But once she has arrived on the Caribbean island, Martes is told by the authorities that her American passport is invalid, and that she must now remain there. Realising that this is merely a ploy so that San Dios can take the credit for the professor's discovery, Nemesis must set her free. But when Craig, Richard and Sharron attempt a rescue, they are overheard telling Martes their plan, and her captors move her to a more secure environment - in the island's police headquarters...
