Following his fall from the London Car-Vu Captain Scarlet has now become indestructible, and is free of the Mysterons' control. After returning to active duty at Spectrum, he is sent by Colonel White to protect the Director General of the United Asian Republic, the elected leader of two hundred million people, who is preparing to board his private plane at London International Airport. However, the Mysterons have sabotaged a DT19 passenger jet and recreated it using retrometabolism; will Captain Scarlet and Captain Blue be able to prevent the Mysterons carrying out their assassination plans?
