<BR><BR>After Captain Black causes two men to be killed in a car crash, the Mysterons use retrometabolisation to transform the victims into their agents as part of a plan to destroy Nuclear City. Meanwhile, Captain Scarlet is relieved of duty and dismissed from Spectrum due to his excessive gambling debts. He is contacted by the two Mysteron agents, who offer to pay his $5,000 debt in return for him supplying them with a Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle. However, in order to prove his loyalty Scarlet is given a task: kill Captain Blue...
