<BR><BR>While dining in a restaurant with Captain Scarlet, Captain Blue drinks some drugged coffee and slips into unconsciousness. When he comes to he finds himself in the deserted control room of <I> Cloudbase</I>, facing a, Intelligence agent named Colgan, who informs Blue that he has been missing for three months and must now prove his identity by revealing Spectrum's top secret cipher codes. However, Captain Blue is suspicious of his interrogator...
