<BR><BR>The Mysterons threaten to eliminate the Triumvirate of Europe - John L. Henderson, Conrad Olafsson and Joseph Maccini, the three most powerful men on Earth after the World President. Colonel White instigates Plan XB, in which Spectrum will guard each of the men in a separate maximum security installation. Meanwhile, electronics expert Professor Gabriel Carney is shot by Captain Black and retrometabolised into a Mysteron agent - and soon proves to be one of the most deadly assassins that Captain Scarlet has ever faced…
