Buffy

The three geeks are riding quad-bikes, chasing two vampires through a cemetery to recover a computer disc that one of them has. When the geeks have a pile-up the vampires believe that they have escaped, but they then run into Buffy, who quickly dusts them. Buffy becomes distracted by Spike, enabling the geeks to grab the disc and run away. Spike is still trying to make Buffy tell her friends about their involvement, and asks her to sleep with him again; Buffy refuses, telling Spike that she does not love him. Meanwhile, Xander sits morosely alone in his apartment, unaware that Anya is watching him from behind some bushes. Willow and Tara meet up at University and agree to go for coffee together. Buffy and Dawn walk through the town, but are unable to enter any shops as Dawn has been banned from them after her shoplifting sprees, even though she has now retuned all the items she stole. At the three geeks’ lair, Jonathan uses the disc to perform some magic, and Warren announces that they will soon have everything they want. However, he and Andrew are concerned that Jonathan may be about to turn on them, although Warren is confident that everything will work out. Xander returns home to find Anya there; he begs for her forgiveness, but things soon escalate into another argument and she turns away from him and transforms into her Vengeance Demon face. She tries to wish bad things upon him, but they fail to work, and so she storms out in confusion and anger. The next day Anya meets Halfrek for coffee; the demon tells her that as the wronged party, she cannot make the wish herself. At the Summers house, Buffy has made a huge breakfast for Dawn, and she tells her sister that she wants them to be closer. Dawn takes the opportunity to ask Buffy if she can go on patrol with her, as Buffy and her friends were doing it at the age she is now, but Buffy refuses because she does not think Dawn should be out looking for trouble. Willow meets Tara for coffee and tells her everything that the gang have been up to; they are joined by Anya, who tries to get them to make a horrible wish upon Xander; unfortunately they have no idea what she is talking about, and so Anya leaves. She then approaches Dawn, but the girl has refused to wish ever since Buffy’s birthday. Finally, Anya tries Buffy, but the Slayer does not want anything bad to happen to her friend. When Xander then shows up Anya storms out; Xander tries to follow her but Buffy stops him. In frustration he kicks over a garden gnome, and both he and Buffy are utterly amazed to discover a camera hidden inside it. At first Buffy confronts Spike about the device, but he tells her he is in love with her and would never hurt her like that. At the ‘Magic Box’, Halfrek tells Anya she needs to get someone who truly hates Xander to wish something bad on him; just then, Spike arrives, looking for something to stop him loving Buffy. Anya pulls a bottle of whisky out to share with him. Elsewhere, the Scooby gang attempt to trace the source of the camera feed. Meanwhile, the three geeks complete their spell and use the disc to find a suitable location where they will put their big plan into motion. Using Willow’s computer skills she, Xander and Buffy manage to locate more hidden cameras secreted throughout Sunnydale, all in places that Buffy frequents, such as ‘The Bronze’, ‘Doublemeat Palace’, and the ‘Magic Box’. At the magic shop, Anya and Spike are now extremely drunk from the whisky. An alarm sounds in the geeks’ lair, alerting them that someone is tapping into their camera feed. As Spike comforts Anya over her heartbreak the two of them begin kissing - just as Willow gets a clear signal on the ‘Magic Box’ camera; as she, Xander, Buffy and Dawn watch, Spike and Anya have sex. Buffy looks hurt, and retreats outside, followed by Dawn. Xander grabs himself some weapons and storms out. The geeks have seen the action as well, and they shut down all of their cameras. Dawn figures out why Buffy is upset, and tells her sister that she understands. Willow joins them, informing them that Xander has left for the ‘Magic Box’, armed. Spike leaves the shop and is immediately attacked by Xander, but Buffy arrives just before he can be staked. When Anya emerges from the building Xander tells her he saw what happened; they get into a huge argument, and Xander tells her that it hurts him that she would have sex with Spike, whatever the reason. After Spike remarks that he was good enough for Buffy Xander looks horrified; he angrily walks away, and Buffy leaves as well. Spike is about to make a horrible wish on Xander when Anya stops him. Later, Willow is surprised when Tara visits her and tells her that there is a lot of work… and they need to re-establish their trust… and then, realising she is babbling, asks Willow to kiss her. An elated Willow happily complies.
