Blake's 7 Cast

Arriving at Freedom City, Blake, Jenna and Cally teleport down to search for the cyber-surgeon named Docholli, while on Liberator, Avon and Vila formulate a plan to use Orac to help them break the bank at the casino by cheating on the Big Wheel. Unknown to the freedom-fighters, Servalan has arrived at Freedom city and approached Krantor, the owner of the casino; she offers to pay him handsomely if he hands over Docholli and Travis to her. Meanwhile, Travis has already found the old man, and has set a trap for Blake. Krantor is intrigued by Servalan’s interest in Docholli, and plans to betray her once he has located him, but Servalan in turn has allowed for this, and plans for Krantor to learn the location of Star One, ensuring that the Federation will then kill him to keep it secret. Docholli befriends a bartender called Chenie, and she helps him to escape Krantor’s men; he is then met by Blake, but Travis appears and tries to kill them, only to find that Servalan has disconnected the laser weapon housed in his artificial hand. Jenna is all for killing Travis, but Blake refuses to allow any more killing. Docholli tells Blake that he never knew the location to Star One, but reveals that it was known by a former patient of his, a man named Lurgen - and a chieftain on the planet Goth now has a copy of Lurgan’s brain-print hanging around his neck. Avon and Vila smuggle a miniaturised Orac into the casino, and use his mathematical prowess to break the bank. Krantor drugs Vila’s drinks, and talks him into playing Speed Chess against an unbeatable chess-master called the Klute - not only is a wealthy prize at stake, so are the contestants’ lives… Orac helps Vila to win the game, and the Klute’s failure is rewarded with his electrocution. Avon, Vila and Orac return to Liberator just before Blake, Jenna and Cally return, and keep their winnings a secret.
