Having been transported to Lorne’s home world of Pylea via a dimensional portal, Cordelia finds herself sold into slave labour. Meanwhile, on Earth, Angel, Wesley, Gunn and an unwilling Lorne attempt to find a way to rescue their friend. Using an ancient tome and a dimensional ‘hot spot’, they manage to travel to Pylea – where Angel finds to his delight that he can walk in the alien sunlight without burning. However, his happiness is short-lived when he and his friends are captured by the locals and brought before the new queen...
